Abraham (Avi) Fuchs was an exceptional real estate agent. As the trustee of a trust that oversaw a property in Florida hundreds of miles away from where I live in another state, I needed a significant amount of help preparing the property for sale, selling the property, and purchasing another property for our family member. Avi took the lead and helped us every step of the way, with every possible detail, going above and beyond at every step, from assisting us in cleaning out the property, to guiding us on the work that needed to be done to prep the property for sale, and to connect us with the appropriate companies and individuals needed to perform the work. He also helped us repeatedly navigate the complexities of selling and purchasing properties with a condominium board. He immediately understood our complex situation, understood our needs and wishes, and advised us on multiple different items on both the selling and purchasing of the properties, matching our perspective with ease and giving us expert advice that was always spot on. He was incredibly knowledgeable, reasonable, professional, organized, timely, efficient, proactive, and extremely accessible, being available essentially at any time, day or night, for a phone call or text message to connect with us and help move the process along.
